Honeymoon Package: Australia Beach Resorts

Discover gorgeous beaches and laid-back Australian gems on this beach resort honeymoon. See the Great Barrier Reef, Sydney, and beach towns off the beaten track.

This Honeymoon Package: Australia Beach Resorts vacation was planned for a honeymoon couple from Tampa. She wanted beautiful beaches and he wanted cities, so of course we sent them to Australia! They were able to see the highlights, including the Great Barrier Reef and iconic Sydney, as well as visit some gorgeous beaches off the beaten path.

First for their Honeymoon Package: Australia Beach Resorts vacation, they visited sunny, laid back Palm Cove. They stayed at The Reef House, where they received a warm Aussie welcome. They loved the gorgeous pool, the tropical gardens, and the gentle sound of waves crashing just a few meters away from their room. They took a snorkel cruise on the Great Barrier Reef and visited 3 amazing snorkel sites. The rest of their time was free to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach.

Next on their Australia honeymoon, they flew to Lord Howe Island. Most tourists don’t make it to this gorgeous and sparsely populated island, with its white sand beaches, pristine nature trails, and turquoise lagoon full of tropical fish. They had 3 nights here completely at leisure. They went hiking, took glass-bottom kayaks out into the lagoon, and explored the island by bicycle, but also had plenty of time to relax and recharge at their beautiful beach resort.

Continuing their Honeymoon Package: Australia Beach Resorts vacation, they flew to Sydney and then made the short, coastal drive over to Port Stephens. They stayed at a fabulous beach resort and had a room just steps away from the gorgeous wrap-around pool.

They finished their Honeymoon Package: Australia Beach Resorts vacation in sunny Sydney, Australia’s cosmopolitan capital. They spent 3 nights at one of our favorite Sydney hotels, The Grace. They wanted to explore the city on their own, but they did choose to charter a private boat for a fun cruise along Sydney Harbour. They loved the mix of great beaches and big city attractions in Sydney. It was the perfect way to end their trip!
