This honeymoon vacation was planned for a ultra hip New York couple who were looking for a cosmopolitan vacation coupled with a relaxing stay on an island. They loved attention to detail and lots of extra touches to make it extra special. We started them with a massage on a table in the ocean at Hayman Island. They then went on to explore the Great Barrier Reef and deserted islands nearby. To give them their cosmopolitan experience, we sent them to savor the European flair of Melbourne and the urban sophistication of Sydney. They then went on to the rugged natural beauty of Queenstown, New Zealand where they road a helicopter onto a glacier for a romantic picnic, with gorgeous views of the area. And then they continued north to Waiheke Island, one of New Zealand's hidden gems where they explored the chic villages, beautiful beaches, and wonderful vineyards on the idyllic island. The country of Australia includes very diverse climates from reef to rain forests to outback. With this trip, you get a taste of all of that. This trip was designed for many of our fishing types from enthusiasts to experts to novices. We combined the experience of glacier stream fishing in New Zealand with remote fishing expeditions to the wilderness in Australia. You can fish for Rainbow and Brown Trout in New Zealand and Tasmania or stalk the barramundi in crocodile infested waters in Australia. You troll for deep-sea fish, hand-line cast for river and lake fish, or stalk and capture by fly-fishing. They hiked the locals’ favorite track, the Bay of Fires, and they visited the pubs in the paddocks and then did a quad bike through the bush lands to a locals hidden gem beach.
