This special itinerary was created for a couple from Chicago who wanted to experience the wine trail in New Zealand, but wanted a personal, unique vacation. So we sent them to all four major wine areas in New Zealand. They started in Napier where they tasted wine and experienced the unique art deco architecture. Then they moved on to Wellington for a wine tour train excursion through Martinborough. We then sent them to amazing property, the Bay of Many Coves in Queen Charlotte Sound where the owners prepared special meals for them each night. They also toured the Marlborough and Central Otago regions. Suggested Length: 11 Days

This vacation was planned for a honeymoon couple that wanted some a bit different and they loved food and wine. So we created this South Africa honeymoon for them. This honeymoon is a blend of self-driving and small group touring which combined South Africa's wild outdoor landscapes, with exceptional cuisine. We started them with an African Safari. Singita Ebony Lodge is truly a luxury safari in South Africa. With only 12 luxurious suites, the all-inclusive experience was a gourmet event, paired with Land Rover safaris and experienced guides and trackers. Then they went on to Capetown for a Cape Malay Cooking Safari. The last stop on their South Africa honeymoon was at a wine country retreat, and where they explored the hidden gems at Stellenbosh and Franshhoek. Suggested Length: 11 Days
This vacation was created for two couples who were looking to experience Australia and Tasmania. We gave them a blend of self-driving and luxury small group/private touring, which combined Tasmania’s exceptional cuisine and its outdoor beauty. They got to explore several cool climate wine regions, shucked oysters right from the water, and visited some of Australia's most breathtaking scenery. Tasmania is the perfect blend of hospitality, organic cuisine and wildlife. This special birthday vacation was planned for a 40th birthday for a couple from Seattle. They wanted a highlights of Australia and New Zealand vacation. So we put this together for them to discover the tastes and landscapes through the eyes of a local. This birthday trip included gourmet bush dining and night spotting, chef led journeys, Melbourne after dark and wine/spa country. As a special treat for this Australia and New Zealand vacation, we included a private experience behind the Southern Hemisphere’s largest Seafood Auction and fish and chips with Sydney siders. They got to meet the coffee roaster, the French baker and learned firsthand from Maori guides. As for the wine part of the vacation, they visited Martinborough, Marlborough and Yarra Valley wine country all at a leisurely pace so they could savor and unwind. Suggested Length: 17 Days
This New Zealand honeymoon was planned for a couple from Los Angeles that were true food and wine people. As New Zealand is renowned for exceptional small production wineries, fresh mountain air, and glacier fed streams so clear you can spot trout 100 feet away, we thought this was a perfect honeymoon for them. The journey let them savor the fresh produce, meet the people behind the creations and explore the countryside, all in two weeks. On their New Zealand honeymoon, they stayed at boutique hotels with award winning local chefs, offering the best of regional cuisine. This trip was designed for a couple, he is a chef and she is an accountant. This was their post tax day Australia vacation. He wanted to taste all of the local cuisine; she needed a place to unwind and relax. They started their Australia vacation with a few days on luxurious Lizard Island at the Great Barrier Reef where they completely relaxed. Then they started on their chef-led journey complete with private wine and food tours. They ended their food and wine journey at Penfolds where they “made their own blend”. To round out their Australia vacation, they really wanted to hit the highlights, which included a private yacht cruise on Sydney harbor, behind the scenes tour of Sydney Fish Market (largest in the Southern Hemisphere), and a Sydney Opera House performance with dinner at astounding Aria.
