16 Days Australian Epicurean Journey

This trip was designed for a couple, he is a chef and she is an accountant. This was their post tax day journey to Australia. He wanted to taste all of the local cuisine; she needed a place to unwind and relax. They started with a few days on luxurious Lizard Island at the Great Barrier Reef where they completely relaxed. Then they started on their chef-led journey complete with private wine and food tours. They ended their food and wine journey at Penfolds where they “made their own blend”. To round out their trip, they really wanted to hit the highlights of Australia, which included a private yacht cruise on Sydney harbor, behind the scenes tour of Sydney Fish Market (largest in the Southern Hemisphere), and a Sydney Opera House performance with dinner at astounding Aria.
