We designed this Wildlife Adventure Australia: Shark Diving and Kangaroo Island package for an adventurous couple in their 50s. They were both nature lovers and the wife was enamored with Australian animals, so we created this trip as the ultimate wildlife vacation!
Based on everything they wanted to see and do, we knew South Australia, with its incredible food, wine, wildlife, and beaches, was the perfect destination. Our clients started their trip in the cosmopolitan capital of Adelaide, where they had a day to rest and explore. Then their Wildlife Adventure Australia took them to Port Lincoln—a perfect base for delicious seafood and ocean adventures. They had wanted to go cage diving with Great White Sharks for many years, and were finally able to cross this thrilling experience off their bucket lists!
Next, they took the short flight back to Adelaide and had 2 days with a rental car to explore the area at their own pace. They visited incredible wineries in Adelaide Hills, fed kangaroos at Cleland Wildlife Park, and spent an afternoon on the lovely Glenelg Beach.
Their Wildlife Adventure Australia continued on the gorgeous Kangaroo Island, where a third of the land is set aside for wildlife conservation. They loved the stunning scenery and the opportunity to see iconic Australian animals in their natural habitat. We arranged 2 days of private nature and wildlife touring with our friends at Exceptional Kangaroo Island, and our clients formed a close connection with their guide. Exploring Kangaroo Island was certainly a highlight of their trip.
Last but not least, it was another short flight to Adelaide, where they had a free day to enjoy the fabulous restaurants and shop for unique souvenirs at the Adelaide Central Markets. They had not heard of Adelaide before they started working with us, but this quirky little city became one of their favorite places in the world thanks to its local charm.
After a week of incredible Australian experiences, it was time to begin their journey home. They returned with some amazing memories and photos to share!
