How does villa rental work?
This short set of questions will help us narrow down the perfect villa for you:
- Who is traveling, and how many bedrooms are needed?
- Preferred destination or area?
- Travel Dates – and if your dates are flexible
- An idea of budget
- Your wishlist of villa “must-haves,” like a pool, a spa, beachfront, etc.
We will then narrow down a few choices and send you options to review.
Of course, because we are looking out for you, all rentals will come with some special value-adds and perks; for example, some may contain free nights, some will have a rental car for a week, et cetera.
Once you have chosen that perfect stay, just sign the booking docs, pay the deposit, and then the balance is due around 6-8 weeks prior to your departure ( varies depending on the property).
Have some friends or family who want to join you? No worries, if there is an extra bedroom at your villa, there is normally a supplemental cost for those people to join, as most villas are prorated on the number of guests staying on the property.
