This is one of our most unique New Zealand luxury vacations, which allows you to see some of New Zealand’s most remarkable natural wilderness regions—from the majestic Mount Cook to the picturesque Bay of Islands—while traveling in a private, 18-seater luxury plane. It was designed for a couple who were visiting New Zealand for the first time and wanted to see all this beautiful country has to offer.

Not only did they get to see all the highlights of both the North and South Islands, but along the way they enjoyed countless breathtaking views of New Zealand from the air.

They started their New Zealand Luxury Vacation in Auckland and took a wine tasting excursion to Waiheke Island. Then, they had an overnight in the beautiful Bay of Islands, where they flew over beaches and enjoyed seeing the surfers. From there, they traveled Rotorua to see the stunning geothermal sites and volcanoes from the air. Then on to Napier, a lovely Art Deco town, and beautiful Wellington.

After seeing the highlights of the North Island from a unique aerial perspective, they moved on to the South Island, home to classic New Zealand scenery. They explored the exquisite sights of the Marlborough Sounds from the air and on a luxury cruise.

Next on their New Zealand Luxury Vacation, they made their way to Mount Cook and saw the Tasman alpine glaciers. They continued on to Te Anau, flying over the pristine Westlands National Park. Then, they took a cruise of Doubtful Sound en route to Queenstown, where they saw magical Lord of the Rings scenery and took a fun-filled jet boat ride on Dart River.

Finally, they capped off their New Zealand Luxury Vacation by flying over alpine landscapes to Christchurch, where they enjoyed a delicious farewell dinner before tucking in for their last night in New Zealand.
