New Zealand Honeymoon Packages: New Zealand & Fiji Honeymoon

A Chicago couple came to us looking for one of unique New Zealand honeymoon packages which also had time in Fiji. They wanted to experience a rainforest but also have great wine tasting trips on their honeymoon. We started them at Matangi Private Island, our favorite Fiji beach resort. Fiji, with its palm-fringed beaches and endless opportunities for private moments, was perfect for their beach and rainforest experience. They got to experience great outdoor adventures like snorkeling, hiking to a waterfall, a local visit to a Fijian village and a tour to a Pearl Farm.  It is also features Horseshoe Bay listed in “1,000 Places to See Before You Die”.  Then on to the South Island of New Zealand, where they started in Christchurch at a suite overlooking the lake and golf course.  Next they boarded the Tranz Alpine Train, which is regularly named the best train ride in the world, to Greymouth.  Then they traveled South to Franz Josef for a helicopter hike on glacier, the different colors of a glacier are much more apparent from above.  Next for one of our favorite New Zealand Honeymoon packages, they drove through Haast Pass to Queenstown to enjoy the marine life in Doubtful Sound and the wonderful wines of Central Otago.  New Zealand was also a perfect place for them to experience great wine tasting coupled with unique food experiences.
