Day 1
Welcome to the beautiful Islands of Tahiti! Fly into Papeete and catch a short connecting flight to the private island of Tetiaroa. With its white sand beaches, swaying coconut palms, colorful birds, and sparkling lagoon, Tetiaroa is a dream paradise. Beyond its breathtaking beauty, Tetiaroa is a place of rare biodiversity and a natural sanctuary for birds and marine life. It was the exclusive and favored retreat of Tahitian royalty for centuries. Later, it was the private sanctuary of Marlon Brando, who was passionate about conserving the island’s natural treasures.

On this small atoll circling a vibrant turquoise lagoon, you’ll find The Brando resort, with just 35 luxury villas on the entire island. These villas start at 1,000 square feet—and that’s not including your balcony, private pool, yard, and outdoor bath! The villas are separated by tropical rainforests and offer complete privacy. Day 2 – 8
This week in paradise is yours to enjoy at your absolute leisure. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy on the property at The Brando: the heavenly Varua Polynesian Spa (where one treatment per person, per day is included in your stay); 4 onsite restaurants and bars ranging from fine dining to barefoot-on-the-beach bites; a fitness center, meditation room, tennis court, and personal trainer onsite; and, of course, the luxurious privacy of your villa.

However, it would be a shame not to explore the beautiful island just outside your door! Bicycles, snorkeling gear, outrigger canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards are available for no additional charge, so you can explore the lush island and breathtaking lagoon at your own pace.

You also have one scheduled excursion per person, per day included in your stay: go scuba diving, deep sea fishing, or whale watching (August to November—you may even be able to swim with them!). Take an excursion to the nearby islands of Tahiti and Moorea. See baby turtles hatching (November to March). Explore Tetiaroa with a naturalist guide, or tour the research center and meet the researchers studying the unique biology of the island. Immerse yourself in Polynesian culture with lessons in traditional dancing, cooking, weaving, and more, as well as cultural performances. When you’re not taking a dip in your private plunge pool or lounging on the pristine white sand beach, there will always be something to keep you entertained.

Day 9
It’s time to say goodbye to your tropical island getaway. Board a short flight to Papeete, where you’ll catch your connecting flight back home. It may be hard to tear yourself away from the jaw-dropping beauty of this small island, but don’t worry—you can always come back!
