Recommend without hesitation

We just completed a 25 day trip to Australia and New Zealand—8 cities, 9 flights and numerous private transfers—all without an issue. Shannon worked with us over several months to get the itinerary right and was there when the New Zealand earthquake caused a change in routing. We asked for some assistance with airline changes while in-country and her staff responded immediately to assist us.
