Day 1  Cape Town 
Touch down at Cape Town International Airport, collect your rental car and travel to your guesthouse conveniently situated in Cape Town's City Bowl. Spend 5 nights exploring the gems of this city.

Day 2-6  Cape Town (B)
While staying at this stylish Victorian guesthouse you can discover the secrets of the Mother City. Nestled beneath the dramatic Table Mountain, stylish Cape Town is steeped in history. Elegant whitewashed Cape Dutch buildings, with thatched roofs and shuttered windows, are scattered amongst British monuments. Local Malay curry can be found in many quaint restaurants along the cobbled streets in the Bo-Kaap neighborhood.

Day 6-8  Stellenbosch, Winelands (B)
From Cape Town drive yourself to the heart of Stellenbosch on the wine route. Your stay at this luxury country hotel is situated just 2 minutes from town. Stroll around the area’s magnificent Victorian and Dutch-styled houses. You have 2 nights to visit local wineries, taste their wares then enjoy relaxing spa treatments back at your hotel.

Day 8-10  Arathusa Safari Lodge (B,L,D)
Get ready for a safari. On day 8 head back to Cape Town, then catch connecting flights to Hoedspruit. There, you’ll be driven to the lovely Arathusa Safari Lodge.
Spend 3 nights at this family-run lodge overlooking a large lake with resident hippos.
Here you can take part in an optional bush walk to view big game up close. Or you can head out on morning and evening game drives to observe members of the Big 5, birds and other smaller animals from the safety of your 4x4 safari vehicle.

Day 11  Depart (B)
Today, you'll be transferred by road to Hoedspruit Airport where you will catch a scheduled flight back to Johannesburg for your outbound flight home.
