Day 1  Tropical Rainforest Island  (D)
Arrive early into the Nadi airport and hop a quick short flight to Taveuni for your transfer Matangi Private Island Resort. Get settled in at this beautiful and tranquil resort that offers access to the some of the best diving in Fiji. Not only that, Matangi Island has its own exclsuive Fiji Beach, Horseshoe Bay, listed in “1,000 Places to See Before You Die” by Patricia Schultz. It is situated on the untouched western coast of Matangi Island and only accessible by boat. A private picnic on Horseshoe Bay is a “must do” during your time at Matangi.

Day 2 - 4  Tropical Rainforest Island (B,L,D)
Days are at your leisure on this Fiji beach honeymoon, to enjoy the island on land and underwater. Spend your mornings visiting the incredible dive locations accessible by a short boat trip from the island. Make sure to visit one of the most famous dive sites in Fiji, Rainbow Reef. Located in Somo somo Straits 20 miles west of Matangi, the reef structure is over 3 miles long and is continually fed by microorganisms which results in an amazing abundance of tropical marine life! Rainbow Reef almost single-handedly earns Fiji the title as the “Soft Coral Capital of the World.”   In the afternoon, enjoy the resort and other optional activities including: kayaking, meke (traditional fijian dance), village tour, guided island treks, sailing, volleyball, deep sea fishing, and bushwalking.

Day 5  Tropical Rainforest Island (B,L,D)
Relax and be pampered today at the reef.  Enjoy a stroll along the beach before a leisurely breakfast.  Join one of the full day activities from the island. For an off the beaten track adventure, walk the Lavena coastline, an area only accessible by foot! Experience the coastal habitats and incredible waterfalls. Or spend the day touring the Civa Pearl Farm and visiting the beautiful Tavoro Waterfall. In the evening take a bottle of bubbles down to the water's edge for a lovely sundowner before dinner.

Day 6  Perfect White Sand Island (B,L,D)
Leave the beautiful Matangi Island destined for the Coral Coast and yet another tropical island paradise at Royal Davui Island. A boutique 8-acre island with only 16 villas, Royal Davui is the perfect location to base yourselves for a dive experience in Beqa Lagoon, ziplining in the rainforest nearby or even a round of golf. Day 7  Perfect White Sand Island (B,L,D)
Today is a unique and exhilarating day of diving. On the fringes of Beqa Lagoon, Shark Reef Marine Reserve was created to study the resident shark population and in turn aid in the long-term conservation of sharks worldwide. Imagine a swirling throng of Jacks, Snappers and Groupers. Now throw into the mix up to 8 different species of sharks, Bulls, Tigers, Sicklefin Lemons, Silvertips, Grey Reefs, Whitetip Reefs, Blacktip Reefs and Tawny Nurses. Day 8 (B,L,D)
Enjoy your day at leisure on Royal Davui. Hop on a catamarans, paddle boards or sea kayaks you can explore the fringing coral reefs. Visit a local village, attend a cooking demonstration, go for a picnic on a beach or relax in your villa’s private plunge pool! You can also head over the mainland for an white water rafting adventure at Upper Navua Falls.

Day 9  Depart (B)
Head back to Nadi to catch your flight home. Leave with vivid memories of the amazing sea life you swam with in the Fijian islands!
