Australia New Zealand Honeymoon Package: Honeymoon Adventure

A combination of adventure travel and luxury was the recipe for this Australia New Zealand Honeymoon package we planned for a Dallas couple. We put them at some of the South Pacific’s most acclaimed luxury lodges. They started their trip in the Daintree Rainforest, the oldest living rainforest in the world, where they stayed in a Treehouse overlooking the river. They enjoyed private tours of the rainforest and massages at the fabulous spa.  From here they experienced the underwater wonderland of the Great Barrier Reef. Next for their Australia New Zealand honeymoon package, they spent some time at the wonderful Wolgan Valley Resort nestled in the Blue Mountains Heritage area, where they got to see the Albino Kangaroo.  And enjoyed some fabulous wine and food.  From there they traveled to New Zealand, they enjoyed the wilderness and waterfalls at Treetops Lodge, where they experienced Maori culture and took in some of the geothermal sites.  Then they traveled to the South Island and quaint Nelson to experience Abel Tasman National Park, Golden Bay and Farewell Spit.  And they ended their Australia New Zealand honeymoon package in spectacular Queenstown at New Zealand’s Top 5 luxury lodge, Blanket Bay Lodge.  Not only did they love their views of the lake, they took a scenic flight to Milford Sound and hiked the world famous Routeburn Track.  Suggested Length: 17 Days

“Hunter Valley is an easy day trip from Sydney or from the Blue Mountains. I happen to love Chardonnay and Mistletoe Winery, a small family winery located in the Hunter Valley, was awarded the Trophy for the Best Australian Chardonnay at the Winestate Magazine Wine of the Year Awards 2011.”
