Day 1  Perth - Margaret River, Western Australia 
Begin your luxury travel in Perth on Australia’s remote West Coast.  Hop in your private transfer to Cape Lodge. Set on the Margaret river, this luxury hotel will be your home for the next 4 nights. Day 2-4  Margaret River, Western Australia 
Horse riding, golfing, walking tracks, whale watching, and surfing lessons are just some of the activities available to you in this stunning region. For foodies, enjoy master chef cooking classes or truffle hunting (when in season). The wine lovers out there will adore Margaret River, which produces beautiful vintages and considered to be the hidden gem of Australia’s wine country.

Day 5   Kangaroo Island (L,D)
Today, head to the Galapagos of Australia, Kangaroo Island. Your stay here will bring you to the ultra-exclusive Southern Ocean Lodge. Perched atop a secluded cliff on a rugged stretch of coast, the lodge commands peerless views of the wild Southern Ocean and pristine Kangaroo Island wilderness.

Day 6  Kangaroo Island (B,L,D)
After a delicious breakfast at the lodge, it is time to discover epicurean delights, visit local artists, or step off the beaten track to encounter wildlife on this unique locale. Optional tours include a meeting with the island’s finest producers of wines, cheeses, and honey; a stop at a nearby gallery to learn about the island’s artists; or an evening spent with canapes and kangaroos.

Day 7  Barossa Valley, South Australia (B, L)
After a morning of touring and dining, it’s on to your next adventure, the Barossa Valley. Just a quick flight to Adelaide, then a private car to your home for the next two nights, the Louise. Situated in the heart of the legendary wine country, this boutique accommodation offers absolute luxury in a country setting. No stay here is complete without a visit to the hotel’s award winning restaurant, Appellation, just a short walk from your front door.

Day 8  Barossa Valley, South Australia (B,L)
You will spend today exploring the Barossa valley in a luxury vehicle with your own private wine guide and enjoy a gourmet lunch at a local winery. The Barossa, while most famous for its wonderful Shiraz, Grenache and Mataro wines, is actually home to many grapes varietals.

Day 9  Launceston, Tasmania  (B,L,)
Time to head off for Australia’s last frontier, Tasmania. Upon arrival, a private car will drive you to your accommodation for the evening, located near the center of town. Launceston, the boutique riverside city, is set at the head of the picturesque Tamar Valley and boasts magnificent natural attractions including the spectacular Cataract Gorge.

Day 10  Freycinet National Park, Tasmania (L,D)
Spend the day exploring the famed Tamar Valley. Today you’ll have an authentic Aussie bushman guide, whose expertise of food and wine can only be touched by his knowledge of the local flora and fauna. Taste the diversity of the Tamar Valley Wineries— from family-run producers to state-of-the-art wineries. Following a full day of touring, you will be dropped off at Saffire.

Day 11  Freycinet National Park, Tasmania (B,L,D)
Saffire Lodge overlooks the wide expanses of Great Oyster Bay, where migrating whales and dolphins come to play; squid spawn in the rocky outcrops; local farms produce succulent oysters in some of the world’s cleanest waters; and trawlers bring in their daily catch of rock lobster, scallops and deep sea fish. The dominant view from every window is the pink-hued granite of the peninsula’s Hazards Mountains.  Activities include oyster farm visits, educational wine tours, cooking demonstrations, and an endless array of outdoor adventures.

Day 12  Exclusive Resort, Fiji Islands (B,L,D)
After a delicious breakfast this morning, you will bid farewell to beautiful Tasmania and catch a plane to exotic Fiji.  Upon arrival, you’ll be escorted to your connecting flight north, where you will spend the next three nights at the lush, rainforest paradise, Namale.

Day 13-14   Exclusive Resort, Fiji Islands (B,L,D)
A spectacular sea side locale, world-renowned service and accommodations, and a uniquely Fijian attitude await your arrival at this unique resort.  Activities abound at Namale, from rainforests and waterfalls to diving, guided reef walks and so much more.
