Seaplane flight to an award winning restaurant on the banks of the Hawkesbury River. Lunch is a superb display of Australian cuisine. Return seaplane flight over Sydney Harbour; Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. Evening at leisure. Day 3 Day at Leisure. Pre-Theatre Dinner, Sydney Opera House Show – reserved seating Day 4 Sights of Sydney at Leisure. Optional touring; Join your local guide on a walking tour of Sydney including a ride on the Manly Ferry, set out on an excursion to one of Sydney's surrounding regions on your own. Day 5 Fly to Hamilton Island then board a luxurious cruising vessel to Hayman Island.
